POSITION ASSIGNMENT

Title : Accounts Executive
Staff Grade : Administrative 4
Status : Full-time salaried
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle daily accounting transactions using a computerized accounting system
  • Prepare bank reconciliations 
  • Follow up and clear bank reconciliation items 
  • Analyse un-reconciled items 
  • Maintain Fixed Assets inventory
  • Prepare Profit & Loss reports
  • Perform day-to-day accounts and finance functions to support operational needs including attending to members’ requests and enquiries 
  • Count Collections 
  • Check claims for adherence to policies 
  • Assist in the preparation of payment cheques, bank-in collections and process petty cash claims
  • File records
  • Assist Finance Supervisor in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when required.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • LCCI or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Economics/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years working experience in related fields. 
  • Knowledge of and experience with usage of accounting software and audit experience will be added advantage.
  • Must be a born again Spirit-filled Christian
  • Pleasant in personality, enthusiastic and a team player
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess strong analytical skills


    • SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.

    XEE Training is an adaptation of our 13-week Evangelism Explosion training ministry. It aims to equip lay people in personal, relational evangelism and become the lifestyle witness that Chirst intends for us all to be.

    The training involves:

  • learning through videos, discussion grops and practice
  • connect activiry (on-the-job training)
  • weekly assignments

    • Trainees will be awarded a certificate from EE Malaysia upon successful completion of the training.
